Appeal - hc

Dear  Experts,

FC judge  has given order to pay monthly allowance 7000/- to wife and 5000/- to son born out of wedlock.  Judge has delivered judgement on 1st August.

I have shown 42,000/- monthly take home salary after deductions.

They have not filed the execution app yet in the FC. I would like to know till when  they can approach to the high court against the FC order and if they approach then can high court increase the amount immediately or again evidences will be recorded from both the sides in HC.

Kindly reply !!!

Hi Gaurav.

what all judge consider as deductions as there are lot of different opinions even on LCI and does judge more focused on 1/3 or try to understand all your expenses i.e. Gym, internet, mobile, every month some cloth expenses, as now you are not with your wife you need cook, maid etc.

Does court consider cost of living in different cities?

Thanks
