High court was pleased to pass the final order in Misc. case of FAO which is in our favour. Please note that the FAO is pending. Can the opposite party appeal against such order? If yes, where can he file the appeal? Is it the same High Court or Supreme Court? I would like to file caveat petition. Please suggest. Thanks in anticipation.
