Any judgement, prevents paying maintenance to wife qualified better than husband?

family court has slapped my son to pay maintenance Rs 15000 pm. wef 26.feb 2016.

And worked as lecturer In engg college. also she admit in court that she also worked during her stay in Malaysia without work visa.
my son is only B.Tech. came back from Malaysia in 2013 july.
he had already paid 1.5 lac in last 5 month to clear old backlog.

What was your advocate doing in the Family Court? Didn't he mention all that in the reply of the application of the wife seeking maintenance? Didn't he argue that the wife was supposed to disclose her complete financial status and job profile along with her application for the maintenance? When advocate you engage after charging you do nothing and here you seek free of cost legal consultancy services, very bad.

she has given affidavit that she has no job now. our advocate tried his best to tell that she is better qualified then her husband. and also has no child.
she can find the suitable job.

but court has not considered, and slapped with maintenance.
can anything be done now. if possible, please advise.

Sir,
B.Sc. M. tech in computer science is not theoretical, but master degree in engineering.

whereas B. Tech is bachelor degree in engineering.

point of consideration is wife is better qualified then husband. shouldn't be allowed to sit idle. she has no child Also, and can earn to maintain herself .
