Can i file for annulment of marraige,if i was married on false promises ?
i got married in Arya samajh mandir and then got the marraige registerd in Tehsil.All of this was without informing my parents.
The girl i got married to was in realtionship with me since past 3 years,one fine day i found out that she had been cheating me(prior marraige) with not one but 2 people.I got the entire watsapp chat.After finding this out i asked her to leave me as there was no trsut left in the relationship.Every time i tried to break contact with her she would threaten me of suicide ,infact she once took 20 pills of some medicne.after seeing all this i feared she might end up killing herself and i would be in trouble ,plus she also promised me she would never contact any of those persons she was cheating me with.
Hence she asked me to visit her place and we got married in arya samajh mandir(there were no witness from either family present) the marriage was carried out in a private flat of a pandit and not in mandir.The certificate issued has a diffrent address where we never went.Even the Marriage certificate by tehsil has a diffrent address of marriage,we never went there also.The certificate was issued by paying bribe.
After marriage also she has been constantly staying in touch with the person she cheated with me earlier, i have her recording where she is hersefl saying to the other person i love you ,i want to be with you and what not.
I feel i have been cheated and ripped off,she has played with my feeling.Now when i ask her for sepration she has been threatning me with false cases in police.Infact she went to Mahila thana and filled a complaint against me.The SHO over there said there is no police case solve the matter on your own.
we never stayed together for even a single day,it was a marraige without parents being involved.I never asked her for any kind of alimony.What can i do know,she still threatensme of spoiling my life and career.
I sometimes contemplate of running away,what do i do please advise.
