I got married one month ago. I stay away from parents for work in a remote place and my wife had to stay with my parents till I get posted in a proper place where I can call her to stay with me. She started fighting with my mother over petty issues constantly. Threatens my mom to hurt herself and blame it on her. Even called her parents to home and made a huge fight and they too threatened to take us to police and file Dowry case which we never took or demanded. She ask me to live with her without being in touch with my parents or any further relation my them. Also, at the first night I discovered that she has sores in her breast likely to be indicating of Breast Cancer. I asked her about her and she was taking homeopaethic medication for the same but refused to tell about the disease itself and also refuses to get checked up. I was not informed about the disease before marriage.
We have not yet had physical relation in one month. Can I file a petition for Annulment of marriage and should I wait before she approaches police and files a false case of dowry or domestic violence against my family.
