these misunderstandings can be sorted out..its just three months of marriage life..from your statement i understand that since you had lost interest in s*x for so and so reasons (which you had mentioned in the query) as a backlash your wife is taking the issue of your former girlfriend to avoid anyone blame her.just sit with her and tell her that you love her a lot and would like to continue a happy life.

if still she doesnt change then you can file for divorce only and  that too after a year.you cant file annulment as whatever you said doesnt amount to fraud unless she is impotent and because of that you are not able to consumate

Saravanan Sir, Yes we did that 3 times in 3 months. Though they defamed me by publishing my past I was OK to accept her and I have all reasons to end my life the way they potrayed and killed my reputation.They are seeking divorce. Does not her bluffing about physical appearance come as breach of trust? Infact they were planning to show the marriage happend 1 yr back and apply for divorce as it is not registered. Pls advice

so it means that she wants  divorce from you as soon as possible. even if the marriage is not registered they cant do so

Sir, Not only she even i want to get out of this relationship asap. She hardly stayed 10 days with me out of 100 days..what if I go on grounds of Forced marriage ?
