ancestrol dispute

Hello..we have an ancestral property in greater noida in which 20 beegah are there .. out of which 13 beegah are ancestral and 7 beegah purchases by my drandfather..gov is going to acquire out 11 beegah from ancestrol one for near about 2 crores...and my family conditions are not going good these days...due to interference of one of my fathers sister every thing is disturbed. .my grand father challenged my father that he will not give my father his part from ancestrol property till he is alive ...but we wanna be separate from our grandfather due to his bad behaviour. And we need our money to buy our home. So help me with the same

your father can file a partition suit over the ancestral property.your grand father cant refuse to give your fathers share in the ancestral property.also obtain a injunction against your grandfather from selling or mortaging it till you get a degree in the partition suit.

in case if he sells the land before you do all these also you can file a suit to declare the sale as null and void
