Ancestral property right

Hi,

We have an ancestral home owned by my great grand father, inherited to his only child (my grandfather). Now as my grandfather and grand mother both are not alive, the property got inherited to 5 of their children one of those is my father (all are alive).

The question is, one of our neighbor is claiming the portion of our house as his & because of family constraints nobody want to go to court (nobody lives in that old house anymore)..

As the great grand son, can I fight for the ancestral house in court against the neighbor? can I give any kind of notice to all my uncles (4 uncles & my dad)  to get the power of attorney?

What all docs should I have to go to court?

Thanks in adv!
