There is an ancestral property that has four legal heirs(1 son,3 daughters ).The son has 1 daughter and 1 son. If all the legal heirs (3 daughter and 1 son) register the e property to the grandson(son's son), is there a way by which the grand daughter(son's daughter ) sue for a share in the property.
