Ancestral property

After Mutation my uncles name got entered in 4 survey numbers form I & IV. The name was entered as per the will of my grandfather. At that time my grandmother was alive. Likewise in some I & IV my fathers name got added 1 survey number as the properties were given to my father. After the entry my father came to know the fact as follows. Now if we see the proportion my grandfather gave 20% of his properties to my father and rest 80% to my uncle. Can my father get his name entered by mutation entry in Form I & IV by attaching the will and succession deed. Because my father is entitled for 25% property which is alloted to uncle under non disposable quota. My grandfathers name is in the bracket in the occupant column followed by uncles name what does this mean? Please give a opinion. Just remember this is in state of Goa under Portuguese law. CAN A PERSON MAKE A WILL OF ANCESTRAL PROPERTY IN GOA STATE.
