Ancestral property

Dear All,

My grandmother doesn't left any will...

Now my uncle demanading for the money which he spent for maintenance of the house for 3 years ( After granny's death)  if we need any share on the house and property.

1. will court defend him on his stand of demanding maintenance money? he has taken signature from my granny and utilised all the money and deposits of her, no one other than him got a single paisa which belongs to my granny. but we do not have anyy avidence for that.

2. I have given him 2 options that either him to sell the property and distribute the share or i will sel the property and distribute the shae, he is not ready to accept anyy of that and says let it be like that till he decide too sell... will court defend him on selling the property as and he want???

Regards,

Vasudev
