Hello There,
This is regarding our ancestoral property. My father built a 2 bedroom house on a land.With time, I invested money to build two additional floors on the existing build ( same design). We are three brothers. Now if we have to partition the property then will the only ground floor will be taken into account or the whole property (including the ones which I built)? Any clarification from law point will be really helpful and guideline in terms of how to do and what steps need to be done.
