Ancestoral Property

Ancestoral agricultural land is shown as different pattas between four brothers and the revenue records are seperate. The taxes are also paid seperately.

The oral partition is not equal. Three brothers have decided to sell the property without the consent of the last brother. But the money is being decided to be given to the last brother also. What can the last brother do in this case?
