Hi
A person whose ppf is matured in 2010 .
he did open a saving account and put all the maturity amount in that account .
money is remaining ideal in the saving account from 2 years ?
can this account freezed to recover debts ?(as it is clear that money in saving account is from withdrawl of ppf )

if the bank account is non-operational for more than 1 year then it is deemed to be a non-operational. therefore, you need to write a letter to the bank manager asking to make the account operational so that you could operate the same.
