Has the cheque got dishonored ? Have you received the notice ?

Do consult the lawyer before responding to his notice ?

Has cheque dishonoured.

Have you get any notice.

How do you know that he alter the date & signature.

Has he made any signature on  alter date.

You may prove that you have paid amount regading business transaction. But he cant prove that he is given you any business materials.

Has he produced cheque within six month from issueing date.

Has you given any mail to demand back your cheque.

Provide the answer for perfect advice.
