I am a one floor owner of a three owner residential building and have a one third share on roof rights.The balance two floor owners are keen to build a third floor and encash value arising out of the Delhi MCD permission to build the 3rd floor. I am not keen on disturbing the current status quo in view of insufficient parking, foundation, water supply, etc and do not want another floor.What is the law position on this. Can the other two owners forcefully go ahead having 66% roof rights? what recourse do i have in law?
