since 2008 fighting dv act and 498a. case not moved, i am paying interim relief of 8k per month. i filed for divorce in 2009. and cruelty is proved and have been granted by court.
order for divorce is challanged in mumbai high court.
now she is ready to accept divorce but asking for home and monthly maintenance. is this right? she is not going to work. she is not going back to her parents. please advise.
