My name is Yakanandarao Chidirala.My family is of 7 members(4 Elder sisters,Me,My Younger brother and My Mom). My father was dead in my childhood by Accident. So the driver was agreed to pay 1,50,000/- rupees for the family. But court was given judgement like whenever we become majors(over 18+ yeras) then we have to apply for money.We each are getting 25000 rupees and with bank interest. All my sisters were got money. Now my turn, But the problem is in childhood I was used to call by another name (i.e, Yakaiah). In court documents my name is as Yakaiah. But in all my certificates(Education,Identity and Cast) it is as Yakanandarao Chidirala. So the Judge is arguing that I have to come up with Alias name certificate like both names are mine. For this
1)where can I get the Certificate?
2) Who will give this Certificate?
3) How to apply for this Certificate?
