If i am a daughter of a farmer in gujarat but currently married to a non-farmer, can i buy agriculture land? My name did not appear on any agriculture land documents that my father owned and my father has passed away. Would i still be considered a farmer and be able to buy agriculture land? Please advise.

No - since yr father sold it out and be did not remain farmer and also you have not inherited his agriculture land. You are not farmer. You cannot become in view of Agriculture Land Rules and Bombay Land Revenue Code applicable to gujarat.
