Dear All,
Can Agriculture Land can be converted to the Non -Agriculture Commercial Land in Gujarat?
If Yes, the please provide the detailed procedure for the same and rules/regulations involved therein.
It will be of great help to me.

Agricultural land can be converted to non-agricultural land.
You need to make an application for conversion of land use to the jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner in charge of the district where the land is situate with requisite documents.
