Please guide me, i need your expert advise.
My father has entered into the agreement with one contractor (Say Mr.A) for sale of Land under ULC in 1994, (under the ULC scheme we have not accepted the compensation offered by the government. we are still fitting with the government wo clear the land)but no validity is defined in the agreement. As per the agreement the contractor will do all the legal formalities for clearing the land from the government and after receiving clearance, he will pay Rs.11 per Sq. Mter as per the agreement.
Since last 18 years nothing is happened.. the contractor is enable to clear the land from the government. Now i have received offer from another contractor (Say Mr.B)..
Is the agreement made with the Mr. A is valid ?
