Agreement for sale vs sale deed

Hi Everyone,
I purchased a flat in Mumbai. I have paid token amount and we entered into Agreement for sale which is registered in sub-register office. Paid stamp duty and registration charges as well. I have submitted registered Agreement for sale documents for bank loan and loan amount is disbursed by bank.
Do I still need sale deed to complete the transaction ? please help.

If I want to sell my property in future, can I do it based on registered agreement for sale.

You have to register sale deed to complete the transaction.
