Agreement for sale document lost

Hi,

i purchased a house from my friend a year ago which was part of Cidco township, which my friend got from lottery system. me and my friend made a power of attorney (for sale) agreement which says i have all the rights to sale the house in future. But i LOST the agreement which was initially done between my friend and CIDCO.

Now im unable to sale my house without the "Agreement for SALE" docmument which my friend gave me, which we received from CIDCO.

A= Cidco    B=my Friend   C=myself

scenario

1) B was the winneer of draw system performed by A
2) B paid full amount and get the agreement signed by A and got the house key from A
3) B sold the house to C and gave the regristation paper and agreement for sale document to C and also power of attorney for future reference
4) Now C lost the regristation\Agreement for sale document which he received from B, because of which C is unable to sale the house.

I tried to be clear as msuch i can and sorry for the confusion, please help me

Apply for certified copy in the office of Sub Registrar/Registrar where the original document (agreement of sale) by paying necessary government fees. it is for information.
