After 3 year consumer file

I have purchase a Flat dated  June 2015. but from  1st day promoter told me that  The promoter will always say the rest of the work and my damages will work. But did not work. For this reason, my consunm file is delayed. . My question is, after 3 years I filed the Consumer file, the case will be on my side.
