advise for selling my property

Dear sir

I came across your email id when i was searching for some detail regarding
vacating people staying in one's house

Well my case goes like this

I am only son for my parents apart from my two elder sisters.

I happened to buy a house in my native place, in erode district, in my name by procuring loan
in my name. I was a NRI staying in USA at that time. I paid off the loan through my salary.
The money for the downpayment also came from my account.

Since i was abroad, my parents took possession of the house and were living there. One of the
sister who is divorcee is also staying with my parent in my house. Apart from that my eldest sister's son
too is living in my my house.

When i came back they din't like my and my fmily's presence there. They gave so much mental harassment that myself, my wife and my child son came out of my own house.

We started our life a new in india. By some years i paid off the loan for that house and recovered the
document. It is in my possession now.

Even though i had extended financial help to my parents, they kept harassing my and my wife verbally.
Through many years we put up with this behaviours.

Due to certain financial constraints when told them that i need the house for my purpose, my parents
and other extended group refused to budge. They told that i need to pay them more money to make them vacate
the house.

So i proceeded and filed a suit for permanant injuction against them.

Since it might take some considerable time in the count of years,

i would like to know whether it is possible to sell the house now when i have filed a case against them.

They are not paying any rent for occupying my house.

My parents are well off and are having their own ancestral property. They getting rent out of those properties. They are financially quite ok too.

In the absence of  rent and rental or any form of agreements do they have any right to interfere in my process of selling the property.

Thanks
