Advice on Bail order copy and sec 164

My wife filed 498a, DP 3&4 on me. I have got regular bail and released but my uncle submitted bail order copy at sub jail and he didn’t take Xerox. If I want bail order copy where I will get ? is there any alternative to download bail order copy from internet ? if so please provide the link . Please advice.

And my wife’s father again submitted sec.164 petition at magistrate court and he is going to add my parents, sister, brother name additionally to this 498a case. Is that sec164 petition is valid ? magistrate will approve this again. In FIR they mentioned my name only but my wife’s father is again filed sec 164 petition in the magistrate court. Please advise whether you want me take anticipatory bail to my parents? Is that sec 164 petition is valid? What is sec 164 and is that bailable or nonbalable?

Bail order copy cannot be downloaded, you may have to apply for another certified photo copy of the same from the concerned court. About sec 164, in Cr.P.C., it is something related to the confession statement made before the magistrate, please let me know that under which law/act do you say that your f-in-law has filed the so called petition?

Hi Thanks for quick advise. My wife first filed 498a DP 3 & 4 on me.In FIR She mentioned my name only. after some days my father in law filed sec 164 petition to add my family members in 498a. First police arrested my parents and then I went to police station and surrendered in the police station and police told ur father in law filed sec 164 petition to add ur family members in the 498a. After that our elders involved and settled the matter for divorce and settlement amount.but my father in law didnt take 498a and sec 164 case back and police submitted in the court and I was in subjail 4days and after that I got bail.my parents released for arrange to settlement amount.next month 20th nov 2013 we have to pay 10 lakhs for settlement for filing divorce pettion. for filing divorce petition please advise me what precautions u want me take and what and all We need to file?
