I changed my name in my school records till 12th class through court decree during filing case I studing 12th class therefore I made party till 12th board. Now I passed my BE degree. I changed my name in 10 th 12 th marks card but now I want to change name in BE Degree certificate but did not did party of my degree University.now I want to add new party.
please tell me solutions......
