I recently applied for a passport by the name of kartick hari but my date of birth certificate(feom Ghaziabad) has only my first name and not my sir name. How can i add my sir name and how much time will it take as i need a passport before the end of the month.Please assist.

u need to attach an affidavit with fresh application which includes ur surname
