Sir/ Madam,
The land case is running since 5 years, since this year Jan 2020 it is in Evidenc phase (changed from Summons) ;
The case being adjourned for third time this year(next month), we being on the defendent side is there any action to be taken from our end?
I would like to know what steps are taken in this Evidenc phase.
Kindly explain. Thank you.
