CAN ANYBODY GUIDE ME...Pl.
My wife and my brother in law expired in road accident (they were travelling in a car which is hit by KSRTC bus). may i know ...to whom ... i will claim..insurance co.. of car or KSRTC bus (KSRTC & their insurance co.)..what will be maximum benefit i will get...and how much time...

Whoever the deceased, his or her age and income is assessed, 1/3 of this assessed income is deemed to be his/her personal ependiture in life, and deducted from whole some amount to pe paid. You must not miss your legal right. File the claim with the help of lawyer.It doesn't take long hearing or personal presence, only requires some formalities to be fulfilled. Rest your lawer will do best.
