i was driving my car and suddenly a bike is came in front of me when i'm reaching to main road from Linking Road
the biker is around 60 70kmph
i done the medical treatment..to him now he is fine
Que (1) What happen when file a FIR
(2) What are the chances to they file FIR
(3) Now what i do ...i have done my job i think
(4) Is anything i was forget to do please guide
(5) What i do when they do some juridical Action.

Nothing happens dear ,just forget what happened; As per your version it was his miatake and still you fulfilled your obligation by getting his treated. Now if he is a good sould then he will not do any such thing but if he is a bad sould may be he try to give u some headache but ;;; yhan par sirf hamara makaan thodi hain.....
just relieve your mind from aprrehensions;not too much trouble ...
