Accident case

Hi Sir/Madam, My brother met in an accident in Tamilnadu near thirpur and he lost his right hand. my brother is driver and Since we are basically from Karnataka we filed case in bagalore and awarded the amount and for recovery purpose we filled in coimbatore but after three years also we have not received the rewarded amount. And now the case keeps going. unfortunetly my advocate not updating me the exact satus. Please help me what to do now. Regards, Dhananjaya
