Absconded without service notice period at probation period

I joined in one MNC software company after one month I absconded from that company without serving any notice period. Now company asking me(through Gmail) to pay notice period amount.and they saying if I didn't pay they will take legal actions in appropriate forums and share feedback to nascomm. What this mean ? Will they really sue my career for this ? What should I do ?

It is always advisable to follow terms and conditions of service contract, legal actions by company will depend upon the amount due.

Thanks Deepak sir for your reply. But that company make me work for 15 hours day. Showing false candidate experiences to clients and so many frauds doing for clients. If that big doing this why can�t I do this ?
