dear advocates,
i had ancestral property it was gifted by someone to my grand mother after her death transfferred to her husband (my grand father) they had 5 sons and 2 daughter.
one of them registered that property by his name (release deed), all others are illitrate person and now 2 of sons are alive.
GPA holder that person died and it was transferred to his son and he sold to some other person .
I'm grand son I'm also major that time me and mother didn't sign is it any rights to put a case against him who bought that property
kindly suggest me I'm very new to these things.
No meaninful suggestion is possible unless the documents are perused.
