Sir I have a subsidy loan of Rs425000 from Sbi the year 2014,and I got a job in 2015,
right now my loan is gone in AUC account before 3 years and loan is time barred.
Sbi bank got hold on my salary account.Is they have right to hold my salary account.
Please give me solution.
