My wife filed divorce petition. She left home with kid after our fight. I have already attended two counselling sessions in which counselor was woman so obviously she will take my wife's side. Is there a procedure to visit my kid or no one can stop me? I do not want to go to her house and see those
Dear querist,
As your wife has already instituted divorce case then you don’t have much option other than to contest it.
As far child visitation is concerned you need file application for guardian and visitation rights court will entertain your application on merits.
As you said you dnt want to visit her place this good decision from your side as she will make false allegation in case of your presence in her house.
