sir, i bought a house in November 2005 sgm.nagar faridabad.which was approved by govt. in 1994.a part mentioned in my registry n in two previous registries was not owned by the land owner as told by the area patwari.it was mentioned by mistake or willingly, i don't know. this property we was registered by me third time.I bought this from a specia
l power of atorny holder.before this it was under b. general power of atorny holder. there is no court case against this property. the property is registered in nagar nigam in my name n paying all dues like house tax ,water n sewage bill since purchased. I am not aware about previous registry holder ie they are alive or dad n their address. now pl let me know the way for mutation of my property.
