I was born 1989 in Assam state of India . I have completed my education from India, but my parents are Nepali Citizen and now they settled in Nepal after staying a 42 years in India. But I am till date stay here (India) and I want to stay here permanently.
So, according to this history…….
Can I eligible to get Indian Citizenship?
Can I apply Indian Passport?
And What are the actual document lists of Identity Proof and Citizenship? Some friends told me citizenship documents are only Voter ID card and passport and other like PAN card, Driving License, Bank Documents and Aadhaar No. are only proof of identity.
Please suggest me…..
