I am from Latur,Maharashtra. My father passed away on 2010. We have four legal heirs my mothers, we 2 brothers and sister. We have home on fathers name legal valutation 10 Lac. to transfer it on my mothers name should we have to pay a some 67000/- court fee by rule or as there is anews here by government that transfer of property to kin will been in Rs. 500 as court fees. If yes; Is there any amendment there?
