About alias name

i have change my name in 2008 from Lal Chand to Ramesh kumar but i have done my matriculation in 2002 so in my matric cirtificate issued me with both name as "Ramesh kumar Alias Lal Chand" but my all other docoment like my ITI cirtificate , Aadhar card, pan card issued with new name Ramesh Kumar.

what can i do that my matric cirtificate issue me with new name Ramesh Kumar.

Quick Summary
The user changed their name from Lal Chand to Ramesh Kumar in 2008. Their 2002 matriculation certificate incorrectly shows "Ramesh kumar Alias Lal Chand", while all other documents use the new name. The advice given is that matriculation certificates generally cannot be altered by the board. To rectify this, the user may need to follow the legal name change process again, including a sworn affidavit, newspaper publication, and gazette notification, to officially update the certificate.

Admittedly, the name change has been carried out only in 2008. If so, how both names came to be recorded in the matriculation book in 2002?

You cannot change your name in matriculation certificate as the board dont permits, you enclose your name changed legal documents with it.

Simply you can enclose the copy of the Gazette Notification in which your name changed.

You may have to follow the name change porocess once again by affirming a sworn affidavit, newspaper publication and gazette publication if you want to retain the name that is used in all vital documents
