A clarification from ms branch: coas dob:authenticity not ve

Hi All,
Recd the following mail now. If this mail is genuinely from the MS, then all the concoted and planted stories of the MOD and the pliable sections of the Media falls like a ton of bricks. Because, this letter clearly refutes the stories planted that the promotions of the Chief were based on his YOB being 1950.And, just see the date this letter was sent by the MS to Def Secy - 1 Jul 2011 .

The only conclusion one can make is that a lobby ( consisting of Gens JJ , Deepak Kapoor and the powers that be in MOD and PMO ) , were playing a high stake game to run down the present Chief and to favour
some one else ).
