i would like to bring to your kind notice that new building construction for the district court jyotiba fule nagar (uttar pradesh)has been oprational.
as per approved siteplan there is a facility for lawyer's chambers and litigants shade as well as the library.
We,The bar association district jyotiba fule nagar beleive that you Hon'ble Cheif Justice of India allredy aware of the on going this agreement,between bar and Hon'ble District judge of jyoti ba fule nagar about allocating the approned lawyer chambers space.
Bar takes this opportunity to breif you about unfortunate situation.
we have been continously informing the concrned authorities about this situation but no issue has been resolved till date.
Though the preposal has been sent by the Hon'ble district judge but there objectional disperncies we would like to put some light on.
First of all Hon'ble District judge moved to the new court building without taking the bar inconfidence or even bothering to inform the bar using the practices which do not grease the position of the Hon'ble Distict judge like shifting premises at 10:pm on 6th march'10,which is not an official time,for implementing such orders.
one more point needs your attention is that when the new structure is not complete then what was the hurry to shift ,since the Record room is still oprating from the old structure which is around 7 K.m. away from the present district court,If this was not enough lawyer were stoped by police force from entering the new peremises and were treated in degrading manner, and more over when the bar called advocates for a meeting for the unfourtunate events happends lawyer were bombarded with stones by judicial employes on court time. A F.I.R. has been laudged from the same event stated avobe u/s-353/504/147 ipc in Amroha dehat police station.
We continued the agitation for eighteen days with no posetive results then a ray of hope came in form of Hon'ble Administrative Judge and we felt that justice will not be delayed any more.
Hon'ble Administrative Judge inspected and evalueated the scenario and directed Hon'ble district judge to ensure that the Advocates get there due space, even after that the proposal sent was not accurate and was misleading now the Bar has no choice but to believe that what ever action Hon'ble district judge has been taking is been effected by a sense of revenge,and he is defying the very purpose for which he has been appointed and looked up to that is delivering justice unbiased.

We are patrons of peace and do not want any sour and tarted image in the eye of common man that the highest respectable institute in any part of world has stopped down to such an extent that it is humilating and accupuntating it's own patr which is Advocasy.
all we want our alloted preposed land and our dignity back. Kindly restore our faith in the system in a greasefull way where we can sit incomfort without any fear and help people/litigant who fight for justice and we will abide by your intellact.
