Why Share Autos cannot be banned?

Not only that they create traffic Problems.They do not use any driving sence.

The autorickshaws are registered by the transport authorities after getting emission clearance tests etc.  As such share auto's cannot be banned in toto.  As regards traffic violations is concerned Indians are among the one of the worst traffic offenders in the world.  As such share auto's cannot be banned for creating traffic problems and for the reason that its drivers have no driving sense.  The transport authorities and  traffic enforcement authorities should keep watch on violators and action has to be taken against them instead of banning the share autos in toto.
