Whether association(society) can allowed the corners flat to fixed grills in corridor (common area) in hyderabad apartment rules?

Dear Sir/Madam, My flat is in Hyderabad. In my Apartment, 160 flats are there and Association was formed by electing in the meeting. Now all the corner flats were fixing the frills in the common area and the present Association members were giving explanation that they have taken permission from previous Association(Society). Whether Association(Society) can allowed the corners flat to fixed grills in corridor (common area) in Hyderabad apartment rules? Waiting for your reply in this regard Kumar Swamy
