Summary suit

Sir,

I will be filing a money recovery suit under order 37 of CPC based on promissory note given by the debtor for the sum of Rs.25,000/- on which a one rupee revenue stamp has been affixed and the same has been signed y the debtor as well as thumb impression has also been made on the said promissory note y the debtor . Can anybody please inform me that :-

(1) Wether is it mandatory that the promissory note has to be noted by the notary as per section 99 of N.I.Act before filing the summary suit under order 37 of cpc.

(2) What does it means to be NOTED by the notary as per section 99 of N.I.Act

(3) What does it mean by PROTEST as per provision of section 100 of N.I.Act

(4) Wether one rupee revenue stamp affixed on the promissory note is proper.
