A speed post was sent 5 years back. Is there a way by which I can confirm that the recipient received that speed post (may through RTI).

Well U can make an application to the concerned post office alongwith a copy of the regd. a/d receipt and seek information from them ...... but u'll have to be patient as it's quite an old query for them ....
