Wife filled full package of 498A with 377 unnatural s*x charged on me went to Judicial custody for 7-9 days and PC for 2 days got trail went for around 5 Years and now acquittal from trail court.
Appeal filled againt my acquittal Notice not received yet.

Can appeal be roadblock for Divorce decree based on cruelty as on crimail cases filled but got acquittal.
Can you help me with goo SC judgement where False Criminal cases on Husband is taken as Cruelty and if any judgement where Sexual assult changes on Husband taken as Cruelty where in acquittal from trail court
