Relieving Letter

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I'm working in a MNC which is listed in stock exchange. I have served my 3 months notice period in the company and have asked for relieving letter for which they have requested me to extend further and gave me a date. They have also officially sent a mail to me about the relieving date.

Prior to this, I have travelled to a foreign nation on business trip for which they have forced me to sign a service bond for one year on 100 rupees legal Bond paper. It has an amount of 100000 rupees against 1 year service agreement. For which I'm ready to pay the amount, but they are asking me to pay all the expenses of the business trip which is coming close to 500000 rupees.

Two questions
1. what should I do if they don't provide me relieving letter on the date they have agreed to relieve me?
2. what should I pay for the service agreement amount?
