Rectification deed

In my Gift deed by mistake the area mentioned is Built up area instead of super built up area.

What will be the stampduty and regsitration charges for rectification deed for the retifying the mistake of super built up area

Whether purchaser and seller are willing to come to registration office for registration then I prefer to ans. then I wish to ans. question regarding Stamp duty and registration fee.?

Else other method you have to adopt that I will tell after this ans
