Rectification deed

Dear Sir,

For rectification deed whether I have to pay the full stamp duty or not. The following  the changes are to rectified in Rectification deed.

1. In Schedule part all the 4 direction has to be change

 2. The area of plot reduced from 60x40 (2400 sft)   to 40x40 (1600 sft).

Kindly advice me please.
